Mark De Pecol / Principal & CEOMark has over 40 years experience in real estate development, construction, acquisitions, entitlements, and financing. In 2012 he formed Senior Living Development LLC (SLD), based in Fairfield, Connecticut—specializing in Assisted Living and Memory Care projects. His firm optioned, purchased, and/or approved eight developments in Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford counties (in Connecticut), comprising 1,037 units in total. In 2017 SLD combined forces with TODA Capital LLC to expand its breadth and reach further into the Senior Sector. Mark holds a B.S. in Business Economics. He is married with two children and resides with his family in Roxbury, Connecticut.

Tommy Handler / Principal & DirectorTommy is the owner of Silver Heights Development LLC, a Darien, Connecticut based Finance and Real Estate Development company. Tommy began his career in private equity—identifying, funding, and directing businesses in various industries, including the biotech, software, and travel sectors. He is also the principal of TODA Capital LLC. Fluent in multiple languages, Tommy holds degrees from Hebrew University in Economics and International Relations, and an M.A. and A.B.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. Tommy is married with four sons and resides in Stamford, Connecticut.

Daniel Gressel / Principal & ChairmanDaniel is the president and founder of Teleos Management LLC—a global macro Hedge Fund based in Stamford, Connecticut. He is also the principal of TODA Capital LLC. Previously Daniel was a portfolio manger and economist at G.T. Capital Management. Prior to that, he was a professor of economics and a consultant. He taught economics at Baruch College in New York City and also at the Catholic University in Santiago, Chile. Daniel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University, and an M.A and Ph.D. in Economics form the University of Chicago. He has two children and resides in Florida.

Jamie Spencer / CFOJamie is a CPA with over fifteen years of Senior Living and Asset Management experience. He has served as a consultant to the industry, having prepared volumes of financial projection models on a multitude of projects. Jamie has also served as CFO for several Senior Living communities. He started his career at Ernst & Young and spent over six years in a nationally-recognized Senior Living consulting practice before forming his own firm in 2018—SilverBloom Consulting. Jamie earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University and both his M.A and MBA in Accounting from Northeastern University. Jamie is married with three children and resides in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.

Liz Molitoris / COOLiz has 15 years experience in the Senior Housing sector. Prior to joining KindCare, Liz was VP of Sales and Marketing for All American Assisted Living, and oversaw a portfolio of 20+ luxury and Companion-Care communities. There she developed sales and marketing strategies, oversaw the regional team and community sales, and implemented various strategies: increasing ROI, census, and employee retention. Liz honed her expertise in generating revenue whilst leasing up buildings for shared concept and luxury communities whilst holding various positions, including: Director of Community Relations, Business Development Specialist, Regional VP of Sales & Operations, and Vice President of Marketing. Liz's Senior Living experience has focused on growth via new business development, multi-site and operational site leadership, talent acquisition, sales culture development, forecasting, market research, digital marketing, advertising, and brand identity. Liz holds an MBA with a concentration in Health and Human Services from The Delaware Valley University. She lives with her partner and two children in Yardley, Pennsylvania.
EGA ARCHITECTS
EGA is a nationally recognized leader in the senior living field and has received numerous awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA). EGA was also one of the 16 founding members of the National Association of Senior Living Industries, and today is an affiliate member of the American Association of Home and Services for the Aging (AAHSA), and a member of the Assisted Living Facility Association of America (ALFAA). Chairman Charles Griffin was the founding board member of MASS ALFA. EGA acts as SLA's primary architectural firm today.
WOHLSEN CONSTRUCTION
Wohlsen is an award-winning, 140-year old construction firm and leader in the Senior Housing construction sector throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions; with a bonding capacity of $650mm. Pursuit of excellence with core values of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and safety have defined the firm's success. Wohlsen acts as SLA's construction manager.
DYMAR
DYMAR is a full-service engineering and planning firm with extensive experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care planning and design. DYMAR has led the site planning and approval process for ownership, and has achieved a 100% approval record for SLA's developments—working closely with local communities and city staff.

Moore Diversified Services Inc. is a full-service consulting firm specializing in the Senior Living and Healthcare industry for both profit and non-profit organizations. For over 45 years, MDS has performed over 4,500 engagements in over 1,200 national markets and over 40 international markets. MD"s database and experience provides insight in both quantitative and qualitative aspects that are crucial to a successful senior living operation.
