Daniel is the president and founder of Teleos Management, LLC, a global macro hedge fund based in Stamford, CT, USA. He is also principal of TODA Capital, LLC.  Previously Daniel was a portfolio manager and economist at G.T. Capital Management. Prior to that, he was a professor of economics and a consultant. He taught economics at Baruch College in New York and the Catholic University in Santiago, Chile. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ohio State University and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. Daniel has 3 children and resides in Florida. 

Mark has over 40 years experience in real estate development, construction, acquisitions, entitlements and financing. In 2012 he formed Senior Living Development, LLC based in Fairfield, CT which has specialized in assisted living and memory care projects.  His firm optioned, purchased and/or approved eight developments in Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford counties comprising 1,037 units. In 2017, SLD combined forces with TODA Capital, LLC to expand its breadth and reach into the senior sector.  Mark holds a BS in Business Economics.  Mark is married with 2 children and resides with his family in Roxbury, CT.

Tommy is owner of Silver Heights Development, LLC, a Darien, CT based finance and real estate development company. Tommy began his career in private equity: identifying, funding and directing businesses in various industries including biotech, software and travel. He is also principal of TODA Capital, LLC. Fluent in multiple languages, Tommy holds degrees from Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Economics and International Relations as well as a Masters and A.B.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. Tommy is married with 4 sons and resides in Stamford, CT. 

JAMIE SPENCER
CFO

Jamie is a CPA with 15+ years of senior living and asset management experience. He has served as a consultant to the industry having prepared volumes of financial projection models for various projects. Jamie has also served as CFO for several senior living communities. He started his career at Ernst & Young and also spent 6+ years in a nationally-recognized senior living consulting practice before forming his own firm, SilverBloom Consulting, in 2018. Jamie has a finance degree from Northern Arizona University and a MS Accounting and MBA from Northeastern University.  Jamie is married with 3 children and resides in Wyomissing, PA.

Seth has over 20 years of senior management experience in the senior housing industry, and is highly skilled in building top notch teams, as well as overseeing day-to-day operations and sales of senior living community portfolios.  With extensive experience in start up communities and operational turnaround, Seth has spent his entire career pushing to achieve industry best occupancy and ensuring high financial performance for various companies both large and small.  Seth started his career as an onsite Executive Director specialist, and has served as Regional Operations, VP Business Development and VP Sales and Marketing for various industry leaders.  Seth holds an MBA in Aging Services from the Erickson School at UMBC.  Seth is married with 4 children and resides in Milford, NH.
