MID-MARKET ASSISTED LIVING WITH LUXURY AMENITIES, NEW TECHNOLOGY & DESIGN

The KindCare brand is owned by Senior Living Advisors, LLC (SLA), a well capitalized CT based company whose development arm is Senior Living Development, LLC (SLD).  The SLA/SLD team has 40 years experience in real estate development, construction and finance and specializes in assisted living.

It became clear to us the cost for most assisted living is beyond the average person’s financial reach and we set out to create a “mid-market” product with our team of architects, engineers and operators that could provide the same service and amenities at 30% less than luxury brands.  We combined a “companion care” concept with luxury amenities and added innovative features to take assisted living and memory care into the future at an affordable price to our elderly population.

We have incorporated new technology & design to allow remote visitation with smart TV’s; infectious disease protocols and sanitization stations; telemedicine; electronic med delivery and more. We now have four properties in various stages of approvals and are expanding throughout New England.

Our mission is to provide exceptional assisted living/memory care at an affordable price while contributing employment opportunities and a tax producing property to the community.

“The number of middle income seniors will nearly double by 2029 to more than 14 million, the largest income group of seniors. And the majority will not be able to afford the current seniors housing product, even though they will have too much income to qualify for government supported programs such as Medicaid.”   NIC  National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care
